Inside Xiaomi the redmi range is the most affordable and the Note 3 is your phone star today. We looked forward to thoroughly test this phone and recently, we have had a chance to thoroughly test the Xiaomi redmi Note 3.
The Xiaomi redmi Note 3 hit the market by surprise, just a few months after the announcement of redmi Note 2. this is a phone with metal body and a fairly powerful specifications : octa-core processor Helio X10, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, cameras 13MP / 5MP, a generous 4,000 mAh battery and MIUI launcher 7.
in addition Xiaomi added fingerprint reader, an element that was not present in the previous model. Best of all is its price , as the Xiaomi redmi Note 3 is on sale for about 190 euros in the online Gearbest store of confidence.

Xiaomi has maintained the same design lines in the redmi Note 3 than in redmi Note 2 but has replaced the plastic matte aluminum.
the finish metal redmi Note 3 is very appealing to the eye, yet it is nice my touch when you hold in your hand.
it is common to find phones metal in this price range, so we should praise Xiaomi for having chosen this material.
Luckily, having a matte finish, fingerprints are not marked on the metallic surface of the phone.
Xiaomi also has left the capacitive keys with red tones. instead, new keys remain invisible for most of the time, and light white when necessary.
Another development that incorporates this phone over its predecessor is the l ector fingerprint , which is located in the back and unlocks the phone with one touch. It seems that this position is gaining more and more followers, although personally still prefer the reader on the Start button or on the side.
One aspect that keeps your design from other high-end phones is its thickness because redmi the Xiaomi Note 3 is significantly thicker iPhone 6s or Samsung Galaxy S7. Now, as we shall see, this thickness is warranted by incorporating a battery of 4000 mAh.
Turning to the construction phone metal, we should mention that incorporates two pieces of plastic on the top and bottom of the back.
These parts are similar to those incorporating the ZTE Blade V6 we have discussed a few days ago, and are unavoidable as they allow electromagnetic waves to reach antennas. Luckily Xiaomi’s designed so that their appearance perfectly blends with the metal body.
As we mentioned above, the phone is somewhat thicker than usual but otherwise, its dimensions are suitable for a phone of this size screen.

the phone has a good grip in the hand , although the use of metal instead of plastic makes be a little slippery. The sides of the phone are rounded, so do not dig into your hands to hold it tight.
The phone screen is too large to reach all parts of it to use the phone with one hand. Luckily, Xiaomi has added a way to use with one hand, as discussed below
The phone is available at various colors -. Gold, silver and dark gray – and we have tested the model in silver, as seen in the pictures.
part of front of Xiaomi redmi Note 3 is occupied primarily by the screen surrounded by a black lateral framework left and right medium thickness.
the space above and below the screen is not too broad and, in general, it seems that Xiaomi has done a good job utilizing the space.
in the area above the screen is the front camera, ear speaker and LED notification, which is barely visible when not in use.

when the display is turned on, the three buttons – Tasks, Home and Back – light for a few seconds and then again off until we touch the screen or the area that is one of the buttons.
in my opinion, would have been more successful mark these buttons with some inscription that facilitates the user to know exactly where they are both buttons and what function have, since it is not easy to hit button presses correctly the first few times.
in the back are, at the top, the camera, which has a large size.
the camera glass is slightly sunken, which will undoubtedly facilitate not easily scratched by placing the phone on the table.

Just below the camera and flash, and aligned with these, we find the fingerprint reader with circular shape.
the bottom we find the main speaker phone, whose position is not the most suitable because it is easy to cover it with your hand.
Just under the speaker found a point that protrudes slightly, and that helps make it some space between your phone and the surface on which we support, so that the sound not be so muffled.
above the speaker is the MI logo Xiaomi, in bright silver lettering, which is the only symbol denoting that we have a Chinese brand phone.
right side we find the power button and next, a button elongated volume. Both buttons are distinguished good to the touch, so we have no problem clicking on one or the other without looking.
in the left side we found the compartment that hides the slot for the two micro-SIM slots.

bottom phone has a micro-USB connector.
Unfortunately Xiaomi has not provided the phone protection against water , so we must be careful to prevent the phone suffers water spills, splashes or rain.
in general, appearance the phone is quite attractive and gives a good impression to see for the first time
