Rupert Grint star in British comedy Sick Note – Newspaper Zócalo

Mexico City .- The eternal Ron Weasley of Harry Potter, Rupert Grint, saga has been signed by the British channel Sky Atlantic to star in a new sitcom. ‘Sick Note’, name of the series, is scheduled to premiere in 2017 and also features Nick Frost and Don Johnson in the deal.

The fiction will follow the life of a compulsive liar named Daniel Glass (Grint), trapped in a relationship that leads to a part and work with irresponsible boss. Entanglement comes when the protagonist is diagnosed with cancer, why everyone starts to treat you better. But later discover that the diagnosis was wrong and will have to go through with the charade.

‘Sick Note’ will be the first series Rupert Grint stars in officially since long ago took over pilot ‘Super Clyde’ series with Stephen Fry, but CBS rejected the project. His acting career beyond the ‘Harry Potter’ series has been very limited.
