If you have a Galaxy Note II
and follow the current technology, you know that the third generation phablet interesting has come up with software upgrades. These are not due entirely to Android 4.3 , but the very suite that Koreans have created. Among the most notable is Air Command or S Note . If you are patient they will reach you when Samsung have to either upgrade your device, but we know that the androids are impatient and already have these resources can be on your mobile. The only condition is that you used to flash custom ROMs on your device. XDA Developers friends are nonconformists by nature and rarely expect manufacturers to take certain steps if they can give them before. So they have been able to extract these resources Note 3 and add the Android 4.3 firmware for Galaxy Note Filtering II. Most of these resources work perfectly well, but there are occasional fallito as the Air View appears twice in the Settings or the feature to work with one hand works only in some applications. You can still have full confidence with which these errors and filing will be provided the necessary tools to solve them. 
As mentioned, Air Command, S Note, Sketchbook, S Planner and the new gallery enter the combo.
To flash a custom ROM should take precautions, all of which are mentioned in the post of the XDA Developers forum. Some files need to flash them individually and make modifications to them, so that the complication is greater than installing a normal ROM.
