If you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 – or you read our analysis of the device – you may have noticed the screen- off memo , which basically allows you to write on the screen even when turned off. This means you can write on the screen of the device as soon withdraw the stylus without having to unlock the device or open an app to take notes. As the user of XDA Xperiacle saw this feature and decided to build an app so that it is also available on Note 3 Note 4 and Note Edge
This is what you have to do to get it.
- Make sure to enable third-party apps on your Samsung device.
Go to Settings & gt; Security & gt; . Please click on the box Unknown sources (unknown sources)
Note: The install software from a third party website may involve risks to your Android device and / or your privacy. Keep in mind that you will be liable for any errors that may arise from the installation or use of software.
- Go to this XDA chain and grab the latest version of Screen Off Memo at the end of the first post.
- After you finish downloading tap on the notification and then you can install the app.
Ready to take a note? Only takes the stylus and start writing. All your notes will be saved in your S Note, so if you have to disable or remove it from your device, you might have problems. If finish writing your note, replaces the stylus and your writing is automatically saved.
The Xperiacle app is very similar to that of Samsung, but some of the buttons were a little different.
