a few hours ago news broke: some models of the Galaxy Note 7 made sale a few days ago came with defective batteries, and many vendors stopped selling temporarily while Samsung stopped production to evaluate more precisely the components and the process.
it seems that Samsung has found the fault, or at least seems to have found indicator of this, and as reported by Yonhap from Seoul, the Korean giant will ask those who have acquired the terminal returned for repair or replacement by a model that have that problem.
According to an anonymous source consulted by Yonhap traditionally reliable reputation in information related to Samsung, the main concern is on
“the most important thing is the safety of our customers, and we do not want to disappoint our loyal customers.”
Samsung announce measures in the coming days as well as the causes and solutions of error. The terminal is put on sale in nearly a dozen countries, and from Gizmodo Australia report that Samsung will announce today a return of all units sold in the oceanic country.
