The Nissan Versa Note hatchback has been the greater part of its existence in the lower area of the alignment of the japanese manufacturer, passing almost unnoticed since its introduction in the united States in 2013 along with the sedan the Versa. Therefore, for the model 2017 has been given a soft "bathroom-style" to get on it a little more attention.
making its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show this week, the Nissan Versa Note 2017 is actually quite similar to the model 2016, with the exception of a style revised and some changes to "content". This hatchback sub-compact now features the grill "V-Motion", used in most of the other models Nissan, in addition to a few new headlights and a rear fascia previously used only in the Versa Note SR.

The interior receives a few tweaks minor, including a cup holder larger, a second 12-volt power outlet, and the relocation of the first plug and the USB port at the front of the center console. The Versa Note is still available with a lot more than decent technology, including an infotainment system NissanConnect with voice control, navigation, a suite of mobile applications and a system of monitor vision.
The Versa Note 2017 comes with a four-cylinder 1.6-liter engine that generates 109 horsepower and 107 foot-pounds of torque, power that is sent to the front wheels. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is now standard, as Nissan dropped the manual five-speed transmission previously offered on the models base. Nissan recently introduced a hybrid model for the japanese market, but it is quite unlikely that this will be offered in the U.S.
Nissan removed it from its lineup the base-model Versa S, which was starting below $ 16,000, but that is not even included basic features such as locks and power windows in the doors. The price for the trim levels remain unchanged, which means that the Versa Note 2017 starts at $ 16,345 usd, including destination.
The Versa Note 2017 will be one of the three letters of introduction that Nissan will bring to the Los Angeles Auto Show. The japanese manufacturer will also show a special edition of their Juke, called the Black Pearl —which we’ll talk about in a following note—, as well as a special version of the Rogue, linked this time with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Nissan will present in addition to a model not yet specified.
