But, now, the signature south Korean has wanted to intone a 'mea culpa' publicly in order for the consumer to re-trust the brand and its products.

Samsung has chosen three of the major american newspapers to apologize to the users, according to a report in The Verge.
Well, this Monday has appeared an extensive menu of Samsung in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Washington Post.
The letter is signed by Gregory lee, president and CEO of Samsung Electronics in North America and says: "An important principle of our mission is to provide the best security and quality. Recently, we fell short on that promise. So, really sorry. We will review all aspects of the device, including the hardware, the software, the manufacture and the overall structure of the battery. We will move as quickly as possible, but will take the time that is necessary to obtain the correct answers," reads the letter, or announcement published in these three media.
For the moment, Samsung is still investigating what happened because, apparently, the signature south Korean unknown which is the leading cause of fires and explosions that have been reported by some customers and users.
After the launch of the Note 7, in August, began to be detected some problems, mostly related to overheating of the device.
And despite the efforts of the company to replace devices with new ones, the issue was increased to the reported new similar incidents.
