Samsung has received complaints about phones replacing the Galaxy Note 7 potentially explosive that its customers started to receive in mid of this month, as he was able to get to know The Wall Street Journal.

The source indicates that some customers in the U.S. and South Korea have complained because when they are making a call the phone heats up so much that it is impossible to support it or to bring it closer to the ear.

“there Has been some reports on the charge level of the batteries,” explained the company in a statement quoted by the Journal. “In normal conditions, all mobile phones may experience temperature fluctuations”.

A user of the Galaxy Note 7 told the Journal that the warming problem in your device is changed in a store AT&T emerged in the first place when you made a call using Skype, which caused the computer to finish shutting down. Samsung asked that I send the device for review, and that is not what is igniting more.

The company also said that the process of returns of the Note 7 was running well. A report this week indicated that they had already collected more than 60 percent of the devices sold in the U.S. and South Korea, the two major markets where it was sold and that there were more incidents.

In Spain and the rest of Europe have already collected more than 90 percent of the devices and have been replaced by new Galaxy Note 7. Samsung said this week in a press release that only 3 percent of users switched to another phone. In Mexico, the process will begin this September 30.
