Note 7: How to return your phone to Verizon, Sprint, AT & T or T-Mobile – CNET in Spanish

Samsung officially announced on Friday that it would withdraw the global market its mobile Galaxy Note 7 causes of defects in battery. according to the company, there have been 35 separate incidents that caused the phones to be burned. Verizon Wireless

Verizon customers can return their Note 7 and Verizon forgive them the fee for replacement between now and September 30th. This was what the company said:

Sprint

Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure posted a statement on his Twitter account detailing the attack Sprint plan for withdrawal. Existing customers of Note 7 should visit your local Sprint store to return your Note 7. Sprint will give them a “similar device” between the date and return it until Samsung fix the problem and re-sell Note 7 .

the company still claims to be working on the full details for the exchange process. This was what published AT & T officially:

Samsung has notified us that it has identified a battery problem in certain cell Note 7. They asked all retailers, including AT & T, to leave to sell the device. T-Mobile

T-Mobile will issue full refunds for Note 7, including all accessories purchased with the device. The company is also waiving restocking fees or shipping during the change process. Visit your local T-Mobile store or call 1-800-937-8997 to get started. T-Mobile expects to have replacement Note 7 “in the next two weeks,” according to a statement posted on its Web site
