Samsung already delivered one million Galaxy Note 7 ‘insurance’ – CNET in Spanish

Samsung’s already delivered Galaxy Note 7 with a battery securely to a million people all over the world, according to an official statement that sets out the Reuters news agency.

according To the report, the new units delivered include a battery that is not vulnerable to explosions, after multiple reports suggested in early September that the Note 7 was susceptible to explode as a result of overheating of the battery.

But in addition to the physical change of the battery, the new Note 7 also includes a different icon of battery on the screen, which is now green tone (before was white).

Samsung is going to be a good step in his goal of change 2.5 million defective units Note 7, says Reuters. With a million units delivered, the giant sudcoreana are going almost half the way to replace all of the units collected. For this week, Samsung had already collected 60 percent of the units in the U.S. and South Korea, according to reports.

reheating is not always good

despite the fact that Samsung ensures that the new Note 7 is safe to use and it will not explode, users of the new Note 7 in key markets –the U.S. and South Korea– indicate that your new Note 7 is heating up excessively during daily activities, such as making a video call.

in the Face of these reports, Samsung is said to The Wall Street Journal that any phone can be heated in excess, but that it is investigating. Samsung would have already asked a user with the same heating problems that will turn off the unit and send it to the company for review.

In China, reports indicate that a Note 7 ‘insurance’ also caught fire and even damaged a computer MacBook Pro. An analyst quoted by Reuters says that these battery problems will damage the image of Samsung in China, a country where the company already lost a place among the five manufacturers with the greatest presence.
