Since the withdrawal official market of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Samsung Electronics began a program of replacement and refund for those consumers affected by the problems of the last device of the brand. The manufacturer offered users two options: get a full refund or replace the device with another terminal such as the Samsung Galaxy S7 or the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

But, as reported by Gizmodo in Spanish, the company has stopped offering the option of replacement of the device in Spain. On the official website of the manufacturer continues to offer this option to consumers, but, when you call the customer service, the managers report that this option is no longer available.
