Upload a Galaxy Note 7 a plane in the united States can … – Gizmodo in Spanish

Samsung dropped the Galaxy Note 7 in the market and not coming back. But still some users have decided to stay with a unit and assume a real risk. The authorities did not think to accept that this is a danger to others and therefore not only have banned on flights from the united States, but also be fined who discover they went up one on a plane.

If for some reason a person fails to comply with order of the Federal Administration of Aviation of the united States (FAA) not to raise a Galaxy Note 7 to a flight on national territory, may be fined by an amount of up to 179.933 dollars "for each opportunity in which to discover who has violated the prohibition." Depending on the case the FAA may even file criminal charges and bring him to judgment with a penalty of up to 10 years in prison (in addition to the fine).

When Samsung had not yet removed the terminal from the market a plane had to be evacuated due to a small fire which was responsible for a Note 7. The FAA took this and all cases related to the mobile as proof enough that the terminal is a risk to flights and it is strictly prohibited to upload to the board. Those who do so must abide the consequences of his irresponsibility.

To return a Note 7 Samsung has devised a box fire that must be sent by land. The conclusion is that these phones do not go back to being in a plane in any way. [Federal register of the united States / Crime a Day (Twitter) via the Verge]
